Job Overview:

Reliance Industries is inviting applications for the position of Field Executive Trainee at its Jamnagar manufacturing facility. These trainee jobs are designed for candidates who are eager to learn plant operations, equipment monitoring, safety procedures, hazard management, and operational excellence. The selected candidates will receive practical exposure

to field equipment, emergency response, process monitoring, laboratory sample handling, and continuous improvement practices while working alongside experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities for this chemistry freshers job:

  • Equipment Monitoring and Maintenance:
    • Monitor and control field equipment using Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Standard Operating Conditions (SOCs).
    • Conduct condition monitoring using portable instruments and perform minor troubleshooting and maintenance activities.
    • Collaborate closely with the shift superintendent and panel executive to ensure seamless operations.
    • Collect and deliver samples from the field for laboratory testing.
    • Maintain accurate logs and records related to the respective area/equipment.
  • Safety and Hazard Management:
    • Identify potential safety improvements and contribute ideas to enhance the overall safety culture.
    • Handle hazardous materials and plant wastes in accordance with established protocols.
    • Support and collaborate with contract workers to ensure safe working practices are followed.
    • Act as a first responder to emergencies, ensuring swift and effective action to mitigate risks.
    • Collaborate with safety engineers and stakeholders to promptly report and investigate safety concerns.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as field executives and shift field engineers to facilitate smooth plant activities.
    • Work closely with contractors to ensure effective communication and execution of tasks.
  • Compliance and Permit Management:
    • Sign off on permits ensuring they are free from hazards and align with safety requirements.
    • Coordinate with the safety in-charge to ensure permit-related processes are followed.
  • Continuous Improvement and Knowledge Enhancement:
    • Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in operational processes and safety procedures.
    • Stay updated with the latest safety guidelines and technical knowledge relevant to the field.

Eligibility Criteria for this chemistry freshers job:

  • Education Requirement: Diploma in relevant engineering discipline, B.Sc/M.Sc Chemistry
  • Experience Requirement: 0-2 Years
