Job Description
Quality Engineer: will report to the Technical Support Manager and is responsible for ensuring the quality of incoming materials and outgoing finished products related to water quality analyzer systems. Key responsibilities include conducting inspections, maintaining quality
records, and ensuring compliance with project requirements.Responsibilities
- Perform incoming and outgoing material inspections for all materials received or dispatched.
- Conduct inspections of panels, tubing, fittings, and components from vendors.
- Verify materials against purchase orders, BOM, and technical specifications.
- Conduct final inspections of analyzer panels and sampling systems prior to dispatch.
- Support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and customer inspections.
- Maintain quality documentation including inspection reports and calibration certificates.
- Identify non-conformance and coordinate corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with the company Integrated Management System (IMS).
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Chemical).
- 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance.
- Ability to read and verify engineering drawings and perform inspections.
- Experience in quality documentation control and knowledge of ISO standards.
- Willingness to relocate and travel as required.
- Good communication skills and teamwork ability.
- Proficient in MS Office; exposure to AI tools is a plus.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions.
