| Educational Requirements | M.Sc. / B.Tech. in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Chemistry, or related areas with a minimum of 70% marks or equivalent grade. Additional percentage cut-off may be applied during screening. |
| Preferred Qualifications | • Hands-on experience in yeast genetics, molecular biology, cell biology, and biochemistry. • Experience with Saccharomyces cerevisiae (strain construction, genetic crosses, transformations, and yeast assays). • Wet lab experience during Master’s thesis. • Experience handling multiple independent projects. • Experience with fluorescence microscopy (widefield/confocal/live-cell imaging) and quantitative image analysis. • Knowledge of condensate biology, proteostasis, or cellular aging is desirable. • Valid NET/GATE qualification. |
| Job Responsibilities | • Conduct research on nucleolar material state and biomolecular condensates. • Investigate cellular aging, ribosome biogenesis, and protein quality control in budding yeast. • Perform molecular biology, genetics, cell biology, and biochemistry experiments. • Maintain laboratory documentation and support research activities. |

| Preferred Qualifications | • Experience in mouse handling, rodent behavioral assays, stereotaxic workflows, brain extraction, and cryosectioning. • Experience in molecular and cellular biology techniques. • Master’s thesis focused on wet-lab neurobiology or behavioral neuroscience. • Experience handling independent research projects. • Expertise in DNA/RNA extraction, qPCR, immunohistochemistry, and neuro-epigenetics assays. • Valid NET/GPAT qualification. |
| Job Responsibilities | • Assist in neurobiological experiments using mouse models. • Perform stereotaxic surgeries, histology, and advanced behavioral assays. • Collaborate with the Principal Investigator to establish and optimize neurobiological models. • Investigate neural circuit mechanisms involved in defensive behaviors. • Maintain laboratory inventory, behavioral data, imaging records, and ensure compliance with biosafety and animal ethics guidelines. |

| Preferred Qualifications | • Experience in genetics, molecular biology, cell biology, and biochemistry. • Experience handling mammalian cell lines, cell culture, and flow cytometry. • Wet lab experience during Master’s thesis. • Experience managing multiple independent projects. • Experience with mutagenesis, cloning, gene editing, and protein-protein interaction studies. • Valid NET/GATE qualification. |
| Job Responsibilities | • Assist in experiments using mammalian cell lines for genetic screening and immunological assays. • Help establish mammalian cell culture systems in the laboratory. • Investigate molecular mechanisms of human Butyrophilins and gamma delta T-cell receptor interactions. • Study T-cell recognition of human cancer cells. • Support laboratory research and maintain scientific documentation. |
