Job Overview:
Actylis is hiring a Quality Services Specialist for its Bengaluru office. This role is ideal for candidates interested in Chemistry Jobs involving quality documentation, customer support, regulatory compliance, audit coordination, and quality systems management. The selected candidate will collaborate with commercial, QA, QC, and technical teams while ensuring timely delivery of customer
quality documentation and supporting pharmaceutical quality operations in one of the leading Jobs in Bengaluru.Key Responsibilities:
- Support Commercial Team and direct Customer quality document requests.
- Process, manage, and prioritize documentation for timely delivery.
- Liaise with QA/QC and Technical departments to resolve customer requests.
- Maintain QA document and Technical logs and provide status summaries.
- Review and coordinate Customer CDA, QAA, QTA, CSL, and related agreements.
- Respond to Product Regulatory Document Requests and Product Information Requests.
- Manage Excipient Information Packages and Document Dossiers.
- Act as liaison in organizing customer audits and conduct initial review of customer requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in science (Chemistry) or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 – 6 years of experience in Pharma industry.
- Quality Systems Knowledge: ISO and GMP – 3 years experience.
- Registration: Member of the Order of Chemists.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of ISO and GMP quality systems.
- Strong documentation and log management skills.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance statements (BSE/TSE, GMO, Allergen, etc.).
- Ability to manage confidentiality and quality agreements.
- Coordination with cross-functional teams including QA/QC and Technical departments.
- Professional communication and customer interaction skills.
- Organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Integrity and adherence to business ethics.
