Job Description:
Under the GSK Supplier Quality Auditor Lead Recruitment, the selected candidate will oversee supplier quality systems and ensure
alignment with GMP requirements and regulatory standards. The role involves planning and conducting supplier audits, reviewing quality systems, evaluating compliance gaps, and documenting audit outcomes within supplier management systems. The Quality Auditor will work closely with procurement, manufacturing, operations, R&D, and external suppliers to address quality risks, implement CAPA plans, and strengthen supplier governance. This BSc Chemistry Job focuses on supplier qualification, risk-based compliance decisions, regulatory inspection readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives across supplier networks.Responsibilities
- Plan, conduct, and report supplier quality assessments and audits for GMP and regulatory compliance.
- Provide risk-based supplier approval recommendations and document audit outcomes.
- Define and verify corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans with suppliers.
- Monitor supplier compliance status and support governance activities.
- Maintain supplier quality records, audit documentation, and change controls.
- Identify and escalate supplier-related quality and regulatory risks.
- Support regulatory inspections and customer audits with supplier quality documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and supplier quality process enhancements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Microbiology, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
- Experience: Experience in pharmaceutical quality, supplier quality, manufacturing quality, quality systems, or GMP compliance environments.
- Willingness to travel to supplier sites within India and internationally as required.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of GMP requirements and supplier qualification processes.
- Experience in quality systems, CAPA management, and change control.
- Experience conducting supplier audits and compliance assessments.
- Ability to evaluate supplier quality risks and provide compliance recommendations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
