Job Description
The Executive Associate will be responsible for operating pharmaceutical packaging equipment at the Fill Finish Facility in Pune. This includes handling plunger assembly, labeling machines, blister packing systems, and
vial labeling equipment. The role also involves operating denester and back stop assembly machines, maintaining checkweigher systems, and managing Track and Trace system operations for serialization and aggregation. Candidates applying for this BSc Chemistry Job will also perform calibration and verification of weighing balances while ensuring adherence to GMP, safety, and quality standards. Accurate documentation of batch records and logbooks is an essential part of daily operations.Responsibilities
- Operate the plunger assembly and labeling machine
- Operate denester and back stop assembly machine
- Operate blister packing machine
- Operate vial labeling machine
- Operate and maintain the checkweigher system
- Operation of Track and Trace system for serialization and aggregation

- Ensure adherence to GMP, safety, and quality standards and document activities in batch records and logbooks accurately
Eligibility
