Job Overview
Lupin is hiring a Research Associate – Pharma Analytical for its Research and Development facility in Pune, Maharashtra. This Research Associate Job is ideal for candidates with 2 to 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical analytical research. The selected candidate will perform routine, stability, and QbD analysis, develop analytical methods, support regulatory and plant queries, conduct method transfer and verification
activities, and maintain documentation according to GLP and GMP guidelines.- Job Role: Research Associate – Pharma Analytical

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine, stability, and QbD analytical testing.
- Conduct dissolution, assay, and related substances analysis.
- Develop analytical methods as per SOPs and guidelines.
- Support regulatory and plant-related analytical queries.
- Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and GMP requirements.
- Execute method transfer, method verification, and equivalency studies.
- Prepare analytical reports, SOPs, STPs, and validation documents.
- Maintain complete analytical documentation and compliance.
- Ensure effective utilization of laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Participate in training programs to enhance analytical knowledge.
