DEPARTMENT: ARD
PROFILE: ANALYTICAL SCIENTISTS/CHEMISTS (0-3 Years Exp)
- Advanced Analysis: Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis using LC-MS/LC-MS/MS, GC-MS, and ICP-MS.
- Method Development: Develop and validate analytical methods strictly as per ICH guidelines.
- Chromatography Operation: Set up, calibrate, and run HPLC and GC systems for sample analysis.
- Spectroscopy & Wet Chemistry: Perform basic tests using UV-Vis, FT-IR, titrations, and pH metrics.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot systems routinely.
- Data Review & Integrity: Evaluate chromatographic and spectral data.
- Validation Support: Assist in method validation and stability testing protocols.
- Documentation: Prepare comprehensive analytical reports, validation protocols, and study summaries.
- Lab Investigations: Lead and document investigations for OOS and OOT results.
- Lab Maintenance: Prepare test reagents, standardize volumetric solutions, and keep the work area audit-ready.
- Compliance: Maintain absolute compliance with GLP, GMP, SOPs, and safety requirements.

- Basic knowledge of organic chemistry, spectroscopy, named reactions, and IR, UV, NMR.
- Exposure to organic reactions, feasibility studies, and reaction optimization.
- Good communication skills and strong team support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and execute chemical synthesis as per defined project objectives.
- Carry out feasibility studies and reaction optimization.
- Analyze and characterize compounds using spectroscopic techniques (IR, UV, NMR, etc.).
- Maintain accurate experimental records and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project goals.
- Follow safety guidelines and regulatory compliance.

- Assist in method development and validation activities.
