Job Overview
Tata Electronics is hiring for the PMO – Gases & Chemicals Job at its Dholera semiconductor manufacturing facility in Gujarat. This role focuses on supporting project planning, monitoring, installation, inspection, and testing of gas and chemical distribution systems while coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering teams. Candidates will also assist in vendor coordination, procurement follow-ups, documentation, MEP execution, safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking activities for Gas & Chemical Distribution system packages.
- Support monitoring of MEP works at site.
- Assist in installation, inspection, and testing of gas and chemical systems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (HVAC, Electrical, Cleanroom, Mechanical, etc. to ensure timely execution.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and progress trackers.
- Assist in vendor coordination, procurement follow-ups, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Candidates should be comfortable working at site conditions and be ready for hands-on involvement when required at the site.
