Key Responsibilities
- Analyze in-process, intermediate, raw material, packaging material, utility, ETP, stability, and R&D samples.
- Operate analytical instruments including HPLC, GC, UV, IR, Particle Size Analyzer, and Karl Fischer Titrator.
- Perform calibration of laboratory instruments as per SOPs.
- Maintain calibration records, validation reports, logbooks, and stability documentation following GLP.
- Perform analytical method validation and method development.
- Prepare and update SOPs and STPs.
- Ensure compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 laboratory requirements.
- Release in-process and intermediate samples within defined timelines.
- Perform sampling of raw materials and packaging materials.
- Report OOS results, deviations, incidents, and abnormalities promptly.
- Maintain calibration schedules, AMC records, and stability withdrawal schedules.
- Perform additional laboratory activities assigned by the supervisor.
Educational Requirements
- M.Sc. in Chemistry.
- Candidates with strong analytical laboratory knowledge will be preferred.
- Experience in pharmaceutical quality control and analytical testing is an added advantage.
