Job Overview:
This position is focused on wet laboratory quality control activities within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Professionals selected through TAPI Careers will perform analytical testing, sample management, instrument calibration, and laboratory troubleshooting activities. while supporting quality control operations and maintaining compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards.Key Responsibilities:
- Perform wet lab analysis and sample management using laboratory systems including LIMS and Trackwise
- Conduct daily calibration and maintenance of analytical instruments (pH meter, analytical balance, FTIR, Karl Fischer, UV, autotitrator, and muffle furnace)
- Execute quality control testing including heavy metals analysis, residue on ignition, and sulphate ash determinations
- Troubleshoot instrument malfunctions and resolve day-to-day technical issues to ensure continuous laboratory operations
- Demonstrate proficiency in GMP/GXP environments and maintain awareness of deviations, OOS/OOT results, and alert/action limits
- Document and communicate inspection findings and analytical results with clarity and precision
Educational Requirements:
- M.Sc Chemistry
- Experience Level: 3-6 Years
- Industry Experience: API/Pharma Experience is required
