- Position: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

- Principal Investigator: Dr. T. Saravanan, Associate Professor, School of Chemistry, University of Hyderabad
- Area of Research: Asymmetric Organic Synthesis & ; Photobiocatalysis
- Fellowship Amount:
- JRF (Year 1–2): Rs. 37,000 per month + HRA @ 24%
- SRF (Year 3): Rs. 42,000/- per month + HRA @ 24%
- Duration:
- The initial appointment will be for a period of one year and may be extended up to three years or until the conclusion of the project, whichever is earlier, based on satisfactory performance.
- The position is purely on a temporary basis and co‑terminus with the project, which concludes on 27 March 2029.
- Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as on the last date of application (relaxation as per ANRF/Govt. of India norms for SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Women candidates)

Eligibility Criteria:
- Essential Qualifications:
- M.Sc. in Chemistry or in Organic Chemistry with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks (or equivalent CGPA) from a recognized university.
- Mandatory National Eligibility: The candidate must have qualified in one of the following:
- CSIR-UGC-NET (including Assistant Professorship / PhD admission eligibility)
- GATE (in relevant subject)
- Any national-level examination conducted by central government university/departments/agencies
- Desirable Qualifications: Candidates with hands-on laboratory experience in one or more of the following will be given preference:
- Setting up and optimizing asymmetric organic reactions
- Column chromatography and other purification techniques
- Product characterization by NMR spectroscopy and chiral HPLC
- Interest and/or prior exposure to biocatalysis or photocatalysis
