Responsibilities

Safety and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with safety regulations by conducting regular safety reviews, providing safety training for employees, and implementing preventive measures to mitigate risks. Monitor and enforce reporting of unsafe acts or conditions to maintain a zero fatality rate.

Process Monitoring and Control:
Oversee the monitoring and control of critical processes like PE-Poly deposition and annealing settings. Ensure optimal layer deposition and film quality by maintaining uniformity within the specified variance range, ensuring high process consistency.

Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed within the designated time frames by proactively performing preventive maintenance and utilizing diagnostic tools. This includes swiftly identifying and resolving equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain process efficiency.

Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement:
Collaborate with process engineers to optimize deposition and annealing recipes, aiming to improve yield and overall performance. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, leveraging process data to enhance surface passivation and other key quality metrics.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilize metrology tools to monitor and inspect the quality of deposited layers. Ensure that all deviations from the desired process parameters are reported within the specified time frame and corrective actions are implemented promptly to maintain quality standards.

Collaboration and Coordination:
Support the validation of new recipes by working closely with cross-functional teams. Ensure recipe adjustments align with overall quality objectives, supporting continuous innovation and quality enhancement within the production processes.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: B.Tech – Electronics/Chemical / Metallurgy/ Renewable Energy
  • Work Experience (Range of years): 2-5 years of experience in PE-Poly and annealing processes within solar manufacturing or related industries. Experience with annealing ovens and material science applications is crucial.
