Job Overview:
VIN Industries is hiring a Product Development Analyst to support research and development activities involving chemical additives, formulations, polymers, and plastics. The selected candidate will work closely with customers and internal teams to develop innovative products, coordinate product trials, validate formulations, and gather customer feedback. and research-driven roles.Key Responsibilities:
- Research and evaluate new chemical additives and formulations.
- Support the development of innovative products based on customer and market requirements.
- Interact with customers for product validation and feedback.
- Coordinate and monitor product trials.
- Visit customer plants as required to conduct and support trials.
- Work closely with production, technical, and sales teams.
Qualification:
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Chemistry)
- B.Tech / M.Tech (Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Plastics Engineering)
- Diploma or Degree in Polymer Technology, Plastics Technology, or related fields
Desired Profile:
- 1–3 years of experience in chemicals, additives, polymers, plastics, or related industries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer interaction abilities.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and product trials.
- Passion for learning, research, and innovation.
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and suitability)
