Position Details:

Minimum Qualifications:
- M.Sc. in Chemistry / Physics / Material Science or related disciplines OR M. Tech/ M.E in Chemical/Biochemical/Biotechnology Engg./ Materials/ Nanotechnology or equivalent degrees.
- Desirable: Candidates having a valid CSIR/UGC-NET or GATE scorecard. Candidates having experience in Physical & Chemical analysis, AI (coding) and instrumentation.
Fellowship:
- Rs.35,000/- per month including HRA
- Rs. 31000/- per month (availing hostel facility on paid basis) for candidates who possess valid CSIR / UGC-JRF / NET / GATE / Qualified National Level Test conducted by Central Govt. Departments and their agencies (qualifying test for Ph.D. entry along with Minimum qualification).
Number of Posts: 02 (two)
Tenure: The initial offer will be for one year and renewable for up to two more years subject to satisfactory performance. The position is temporary and co-terminus with the project (may be terminated anytime due to non-performance and withdrawal of the grant).
Age: Preferably not more than 35 years as of the closing date of the advertisement.

General Information / Details About the Post:
- The appointment is purely temporary and will terminate automatically without any notice* or compensation on termination of the research project/ *non-performance of the selected candidate.
- The appointed person shall have no claim of appointment/absorption in Funding Agency.
- Appointment of the applicant will be governed by the terms and conditions of the funding agency particularly applicable to the said project.
- The qualification prescribed should have been obtained from recognized Universities / Institutions.
- The prescribed educational qualifications are the bare minimum and mere possession of same does not entitled candidates to be called for interview.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing for the interview.
- Selected candidates will have to join duty immediately on receipt of the offer.
