Progressive growth in R&D with demonstrated ability to conduct and manage research in a multi-cultural/cross-functional setting. Proven track record of commercial products and patents.
- Expertise in a broad base of core materials: chemical engineering / process expertise, Material science, Inorganic, coating techniques, Electrochemistry, etc.
- Strong knowledge of materials chemistry/ceramics and Electrochemistry.
- Hands-on experience and knowledge of various analytical materials characterization techniques such as EIS, ICP, SEM, and Optical Microscopies and Surface Techniques like XPS, etc.
- Willingness to learn and share knowledge, quick grasping abilities.
- Attention to details and quality of work.
- Should have a hands-on approach towards research and be proactive.
- Independent research abilities with minimal supervision, good at decision-making.
- Meticulous in prioritizing, planning, and execution.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams, agile mindset.
- Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to write technical reports/memos/manuscripts.
- Proficient in MS Office.
