Job Details:
TAPI Careers is recruiting candidates for Quality Control Jobs at its Gajraula facility. The selected professional will support laboratory operations, analytical testing, sampling activities, calibration processes, documentation management, and compliance-related functions. These M.Sc. Chemistry Jobs require strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and experience within API or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments. The role plays
an important part in ensuring product quality and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities:
- Determining team priorities in accordance with the plant’s needs, while coordinating with the departmental manager.
- Responsible to maintain the cleanliness of instrument and workplace with maintaining 5S.
- An active participant in scientific / development activities such as validation process, development of basic analytical methods etc.
- Follow-up the cGMP, GLP, GDP & ALCOA++ in the laboratory and safety guidelines.
- Responsible for maintaining logbooks for all instrument usage.
- Responsible for sampling of raw materials (RM), finished goods (FG), Intermediate and cleaning as per applicable SOPs.
- Responsible for preparation & standardization of volumetric/reagents /indicator solutions.
- Responsible for performing various wet analysis as per monograph and SOP’s with accurate documentation and timely reported results into LIMS system.
- Perform Technology transfer of PSD Analysis.
- Take care of online documentation and report the results.
- Responsible for calibration / verification of instruments.
- Responsible for initiating investigations for deviations such as LIR, OOT, and OOS as when observed.
- Ensure proper management, usage record, and storage of Primary standards, Reagents, Volumetric Solution, indicators, and Chemicals as per SOP requirements.
- Report unsafe acts, conditions, near misses, and events.
- Participate in Safety Promotion activities, mock drills & Safety Trainings.
- Follow safety procedures, protocols and adhere to the PPE requirement.
- Ensure non-routine activities are executed through the work permit system.
Minimum Required Skills:
- Solid understanding of Quality Control procedures.
- Strong knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GLP (Good Laboratory Practices).
- Good understanding of Autotitrator, Particle size analyzer, Polarimeter, Karl Fischer, UV-Vis, FTIR, pH meter & analytical balance, & Understanding of GXP, GLP & Safety.
- Ability to handle instrument troubleshooting and follow documentation protocols.
Qualifications:
- Experience Level: 3-6 Years
- Industry Experience: API/Pharma Experience is required
- Qualification: M.Sc. in Chemistry
