Job Overview:
The Sr. Scientific Manager/Principal Scientist role involves leading multidisciplinary research teams and managing multiple pharmaceutical R&D projects within a CRO environment. Professionals will oversee project planning, scientific execution, resource allocation, client communications, and technical discussions with global stakeholders. The role also includes mentoring scientific teams, troubleshooting research challenges, ensuring compliance with quality

- Provide scientific guidance, troubleshooting, and mentoring to team members.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and organizational standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support business and operational goals.
Qualification:
- PhD/M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry/Medicinal Chemistry or related field.
- Strong experience in CRO/CDMO research environment.
- Proven team management experience with exposure to handling multiple projects.
