Job Overview:
Aarti Industries Careers has announced new Chemical Engineering Jobs for the role of Technology Executive at its Navi Mumbai location. The role involves laboratory experimentation, raw material planning, process execution, documentation, and coordination with engineering and analytical teams. Candidates applying for these Executive Jobs will support technology development activities, maintain laboratory operations, follow safety protocols, and assist in scale-up and process development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible to plan for raw material availability as per project schedule
- Responsible for maintaining glassware and critical spares inventory for all equipment
- Discuss the experimental plan with the engineer, perform risk assessment and review MSDS of all chemicals to be used
- Execute experiments as per SOP by using the appropriate PPE and following AIL safety standards. Clean equipment after experiment completion
- Follow good laboratory practices
- Coordinate and plan with the QC team for analysis for raw material, intermediates, and finished product
- Responsible for planning of WIP, by-product and effluent segregation/disposal on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Responsible for appropriate packaging and storage of RM, WIP, FG as well as dispatching FG samples as per requirement
- Well versed with handling lab glassware and having experience handling lab equipment, sampling procedure
- Analyze, interpret, and document data and observations in ELN
- Perform energy and mass balance for experiments done
- Support the engineer to create SOP’s for new equipment

Experience: 1-2 years of lab experience
Qualification: Diploma in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering
