Job Description:
This Environmental Engineer position under Chemplast Sanmar jobs is a key Chemical Engineering Job role focused on environmental compliance and sustainability. The candidate will manage hazardous waste, operate ZLD/ETP/STP systems, and ensure regulatory adherence. This Petrochemical industry job is ideal for professionals with
experience in Environmental Science jobs or Chemical Engineering jobs, ensuring compliance with PCB and MoEF regulations across industrial plant operations in Tamil Nadu.Requirements:
- Qualification: BE/ ME /M. Tech Chemical, Environmental Science, MSc Environmental
- Experience: 2-10 Years – from Chemical/Petrochemical/Fertilizer industries
Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge in Hazardous waste management (Recycling, Disposal, utilization)
- Knowledge on PCB/MoEF rules & regulations, HA3 waste rules etc.
- Experience in liaising with statutory authorities.
- Knowledge in operations of ZLD/STP/ETP Plants
- Conduct Environmental Monitoring on a monthly basis (Ambient air quality, stack & Piezometer) and submit the report to the board.
