Job Overview:

- Research Activities
Assist and develop cost effective upstream and downstream processes development. Monitor process profiles as per process requirements and build relevant documentation. - Documentation
Record/maintain batch records and perform for reproducible results. - Process Adherance & Improvements
Adhere to all safety / information security / quality norms related to research procedures. Participate in process improvement initiatives under direction of Head – Enzyme & Fermentation. - Knowledge Management
Participate in knowledge management initiatives by contributing to KM portal. Contribute to competitor intelligence through secondary research, participation in internal / external forums, professional organizational networks. Identify and utilize best practices in formulation development. - Reporting
Update timesheets / progress trackers and submit to supervisor as directed.
Educational Qualification:
- Ph.D/M.Tech/M.S/B.Tech in Chemical engineering from reputed universities / institutions from India/Abroad.
Work Experience:
- 2-3 years of post-academic industrial research experience
