Job Overview:

The position involves monitoring batch production, ensuring process efficiency, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with multiple departments. Candidates will actively participate in plant operations, safety practices, and process optimization while working in a fast-paced pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monitoring of batches as per Batch production record and assist the production team.
- Report the deviations/observations/abnormalities immediately to Superior.
- Actively engage in troubleshooting the problem arise in a shift along with Shift in-charge.
- Ensuring safety practices & instruct to production person for the same.
- Attend trainings and percolate the same to the shop floor person.
- Responsible to ensure the RM stock availability in advance for batch charging as per timeline.
- Compilation of data with respect to critical parameters, purity and yield along with batch cycle time.
- Co-ordinating with service departments like Warehouse, Engineering, QC, PE, PR&D & ensuring the activities bearing to service departments are completed as per the stipulated time.
- Arrange the documents to execute the New product / Stage in the site like PSSR, P&ID, etc.
- Be a part of the Walk Through at the plant with the PE / R&D / Plant Safety / Engineering Team.
- Facility modification, PSSR and Risk assessment.
- Performing basic engineering calculation based on the requirement.
Education
- B.Tech / M.Tech in Chemical Engineering with 2 to 10 years of relevant experience.
