Job Description
TAPI is hiring a Pilot Researcher at its Global R&D Center in Greater Noida. This chemical engineering job focuses on process development, scale-up, and technology transfer activities in pharma manufacturing. The researcher job involves working with cross-functional teams to ensure project execution, GMP compliance, and smooth transition of processes to commercial production, making it a key role within TAPI careers
.Key Responsibilities:
- Works within standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods.
- Work closely with CRD, ARD, and PRD teams to ensure project completion within defined timelines.
- Equipment selection and sizing- Ensure the selected equipment for scale-up should match the process requirement.
- Ensure the availability of a scale-up study as per the guidelines and within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate with GMP teams to enable Technology Transfer to manufacturing.
- Ensure the completion of the nGMP and GMP campaign as per agreed timelines.
- Ensure EHS compliance at the lab.
- Generating required Reports.
- Responsible for the completion of tasks by CFT; execution of batches at the plant.
- Work closely & coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth technology transfer to selected commercial sites.
- Responsible for addressing operational/ technical process-related challenges by discussing with the supervisor/ CFT.
- Understanding of cGMP requirements.
Qualifications
We’re looking for candidates with a strong academic background and hands-on industry experience in chemistry, tech transfer, and process development. The ideal candidate will have: B.E. / B.Tech. (Chemical Engineering) with 2 to 5 yrs of experience.
Competencies Required
- Follow established procedures and methodologies to develop a solution to solve a scientific/technical problem of limited scope
- Works independently with little guidance
- Responsible for the delivery of project tasks
- Uses established processes to solve problems
- Complete understanding of scientific/ technical principles, theories, and concepts in the field.
- Understanding of Process Safety principles.
