- Must hold a Masters in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Organic Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry (M.Sc.) OR M.Tech/B.Tech in Polymer Technology.
- Can be a fresher or a talent with 1 to 2 years of content experience with outstanding English communication skills.
- Experience in analyzing and interpreting complex datasets.
- Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- It will be great if you also have experience in chemical drawing packages, e.g., ISIS Draw.
Responsibilities
- Extracting novel scientific information from Polymer patents and value-add using DWPI codes in line with editorial policies for the DERWENT INNOVATION product.
- Responsible for indexing/coding Polymer information in patents.
- Extract and curate polymer-related information such as monomers, catalysts, additives, chemical processes, physical operations, and applications of Polymer.
- Play an active role in the team and maintain awareness of current trends and new developments in Polymer/Chemistry areas.
