- Develop and optimize cosmetic & personal care formulations
- Perform lab trials, stability, and compatibility testing
- Research new raw materials, actives, and formulation systems
- Prepare formulation sheets, SOPs, and batch documentation
- Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and quality standards
- Support scale-up from laboratory to production batches
- Coordinate with QC, production, and packaging teams
- Troubleshoot formulation and process-related issues
- Assist in new product development and reformulations
