About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-obsessed QC Data Analyst to turn lab results into powerful quality insights. You’ll ensure our food products meet every standard — from FSSAI to FDA — by
analysing data, verifying compliance, and keeping our reports audit-ready. If you love data, science, and spotless spreadsheets, this one’s for you.What You’ll Do:
- Review and validate lab results; issue accurate COAs.
- Ensure data integrity in LIMS and perform trend analyses.
- Investigate non-conformances and drive CAPA actions.
- Support regulatory submissions and compliance audits.
- Collaborate with QA, production, and regulatory teams.
- Generate clear, actionable quality reports.
What You Bring:
- Master’s (or PhD) in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field.
- 2–5 years in food testing, QA, or regulatory environments.
- Solid grasp of FSSAI, FDA, ISO 17025, and data accuracy.
- Analytical mindset + strong communication skills.
- Bonus: You love spotting patterns others miss.
