Position Details:
1. Project Associate I
- Vacancies: 02
- Essential Qualification: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, or Polymer Science from a recognized university (or equivalent qualification).
- Desirable: Knowledge of polymers or organic reactions.
- Age Limit: 35 years
- Job Requirements: Synthesis of polymers, characterization, report preparation, and testing.
- Salary: ₹25,000/- consolidated per month.
2. Project Associate II
- Vacancies: 01
- Essential Qualification: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, or Polymer Science (or equivalent). Two years of experience in R&D in industrial/academic institutions or S&T organizations.
- Desirable: 2 years Experience in polymer synthesis and characterization.
- Age Limit: 35 years (relaxable as per CSIR rules).
- Job Requirements: Polymer synthesis, characterization, report preparation, and testing.
- Salary: ₹28,000/- consolidated per month.
Important Notes:

Upper age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST/PWD/Women and 3 years for OBC.

Initial tenure: 12 months, extendable depending on project duration and performance.

Positions are purely temporary and will not lead to permanent employment at CSIR-NCL.
