Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification: B.Sc. (Chemistry) or M.Sc. (Chemistry)

Experience: Freshers or candidates with relevant production/plant floor experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
-
Ensure strict adherence to production processes as per standard operating procedures (SOPs)
-
Perform SAP transactions and maintain production records accurately for Executive I
-
Update safety, environmental, and quality records regularly
-
Provide timely updates to superiors regarding production progress and challenges
-
Plan and execute shift activities, including manpower and machine allocation
-
Coordinate closely with packing and service departments to meet targets
-
Troubleshoot shopfloor issues and minimize breakdown and production losses
-
Allocate operators for batch processing as per the planning schedule for Executive I
-
Lead and supervise shift teams (including operators and contractors)
-
Ensure in-process quality checks are conducted as per guidelines
-
Complete shift reports and update operator efficiency records at the end of each shift
-
Log all equipment breakdowns, unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and waste generation in the system
-
Ensure smooth shift handover with proper documentation
-
Maintain availability of raw materials, PPEs, and consumables for Executive I
-
Maintain shopfloor cleanliness and hygiene of machines and equipment
-
Enforce 5S principles within the production section

Actively contribute to the company’s safety, environment, and health initiatives
-
Identify process improvement areas and implement actionable solutions
