Job Description:
Welcome to our job posting for the position of Executive I – QA in Ankleshwar, GJ, IN. This role is within the Supply Chain department.
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily sample testing, chemical, and quantitative tests
- Knowledge of instruments like GC, IR, HPLC
- Understand various chemicals and glassware usage
- Good knowledge of chemistry
- Work effectively in a team
- Ensure daily reporting data in SAP
- Participate in department initiatives like 5S, Kaizen, improvement projects
- Understand and follow safety processes
- Create daily reports of RM/PM/batches
- Update ledgers and files as per ISO requirements
- Conduct process audits and handle customer complaints
- Support analysis of deviant batches
- Refer technical issues to the appropriate functions
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently
- Strong analytical skills
- Effective communication with production and store departments
- Experience in conducting various tests and audits
- Proficiency in generating reports and providing necessary data
