Name of the Position: Senior Project Associate
Essential Qualification: M. Sc. (Chemistry/Environmental Science) from a recognized university with three years of experience in R&D in Industrial and Academic Institutions or equivalent.
Job Requirement as Senior Project Associate at NEERI:
- Field survey, data collection on manufacture, use, import/export of POPs.
- Collection and Analysis of environmental and product waste samples for Persistent Organic Pollutants using GC, and GC-MS.
- Identification of POPs contaminated sites and their assessment.
- Report writing, preparation of technical matters for review meetings, etc.
Monthly Emoluments: ₹42,000 + HRA
Mode of Selection: Online Interview (through MS Teams/Skype, etc.)
Important Information
- The positions are purely temporary and co-terminus with the projects.
- The upper age limit shall be reckoned as on the last date of receipt of applications.
