Job Summary
Build a Total Quality Management culture: Drive and develop the capabilities of associates on quality aspects, evaluate process/equipment capabilities through validations, and process monitoring.
Ensure manufacturing processes are in compliance: Develop and provide SOP’s for plant processes, provide timely technical support on quality issues, and ensure adherence to standards and regulations.

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India
Key Duties/Responsibilities
Process Quality Activities:
- Ensure plant operations align with quality standards
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigate potential failures
- Train associates on quality monitoring
Plant GMP/Security Program:
- Monitor adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices
- Oversee plant security program
Management System:
- Implement quality requirements (KORE and ISO)
- Lead team in quality and food safety management
New Packaging Development:
- Work on new packaging suppliers and optimize materials
- Ensure packaging material meets specifications
Qualifications/Competencies/Skills
Minimum Experience: 4-5 years in production supervision in food/beverage or pharmaceutical industry
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of science or postgraduate degree, major in the subject of chemistry or food science, or biochemistry, Food technology and food engineering
Skills: ISO/Food Safety knowledge, GMP experience, problem-solving skills
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 10
