Responsibilities
- Author product SDS that conforms to global requirements
- Support secondary business with product regulatory needs
- Assist customers with regulatory needs and compliance
- Investigate TSCA status and ensure compliance
- Prepare and review regulatory submissions
- Conduct analyses for specific regulations
Requirements for Element Solutions Regulatory Specialist Role
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or equivalent field
Experience: Chemical rules in Asia, Europe, US
Knowledge: GHS, MSDS, SDS
Skills: Customer survey handling, Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or equivalent
