Glenmark Pharmaceuticals is currently looking to hire an Officer for QA Loan Licensing (Contract Manufacturing) at their Nashik Plant in Nashik, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate should have a B. Pharm / M. Pharm educational qualification along with 3-6 years of experience in external preparations and Soft gelatin capsule IPQA and 3rd party activities.

Job Responsibilities of a QA Officer Loan Licensing:
- To monitor all loan license and third party activities at allocated CMO’s and ensure GMP compliance, regulations, and implementation of changes in process and product.
- Check activities like dispensing, manufacturing, and packing.
- Review batch documents and provide clearance for batch release for distribution.
- Check and document Quality events at contract manufacturing sites and ensure compliance with corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor process validation / Technology Transfer activities and QMS compliance at the site, arranging for necessary reports.
- Monitor the destruction of expired RM / PM / FP at Loan License site.
- Review and ensure the preparation of annual product reports for all Loan License Products manufactured at the respective site.
- Periodically verify control samples at the site and report any abnormal observations.
- Ensure availability of current valid master documents like Raw Material / Packing Material / Finished Product specifications, Batch Manufacturing Record / Batch Packing Record at the site, and retrieval of obsolete documents.
- Ensure GMP/GLP compliance at Loan License and Third party sites.
- Review and monitor production plans at sites.
