Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with local offices to verify pharmaceutical company data, upholding a high level of professionalism, transparency, and open communication with local offices.
- Actively identify issues and work with local offices to create and implement effective solutions.
- Supervise and carry out production processes with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion.
- Utilize Excel daily for data management, analysis, and visualization.
- Examine complex data sets and provide actionable insights to support marketing strategies.
- Uphold the highest standards of accuracy and integrity in all reports and presentations, ensuring reliable and consistent information.
- Identify processes and improve efficiency through the implementation of automation solutions.
- Communicate findings clearly, effectively, and tailored to the needs of stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in pharmaceutical marketing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Pharma, Biotech).
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing and promotion strategies.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data visualization tools.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with local offices and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Good corporate attributes, including professionalism, integrity, and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience with other data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Thinkcell, PPT).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
