YOUR ROLE:
- Manages all operations at the factory level to ensure efficient production and high-quality products.
- Delivers against plant performance KPIs, budget, and projects.
- Sets up and executes development plans for plant personnel.
- Ensures operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations.
YOUR SKILLS:
- Minimum 5 years of work experience.
- BE Chemical or MSc Chemistry degree holder.
- Expertise in production management and lean manufacturing.
- Proficiency in cost reduction, safety, and quality management.
- SAP working knowledge.
