Job profile of Executive- I (Production)
Desired Candidate Profile: B.Sc. (Chemistry) / M.Sc. (Chemistry)
Key Performance Indicators:
- Ensure adherence to production processes as per laid down procedures and instructions.
- Carry out required transactions and process records in SAP.
- Update safety, environmental, and quality records regularly.
- Report to superiors on progress of the plan/production details and other issues within the section.
- Plan shift activities with respect to manpower, machines, batches, etc.
- Coordinate closely with other sections (Packing) and all service departments to ensure timely completion of production targets.
- Handle shopfloor issues and take appropriate actions to minimize production and breakdown losses.
- Deploy operators in every shift and ensure batch charging/processing as per the planning schedule.
- Lead and supervise the shift-based team (operators & contractors) on a shift-to-shift basis.
- Ensure all in-process checks are carried out as per process guidelines.
- Fill up the shift report and update efficiency records for all operators at the end of the shift.
- Capture all equipment breakdowns, unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and waste generation in respective portals.
- Ensure smooth transition during shift changeovers with proper handover-takeover processes.
- Ensure availability of raw materials, PPEs, and production consumable items.
- Maintain proper shop floor and machine/equipment hygiene.
- Uphold the 5S standards of the section.
- Actively participate in maintaining safety, environment, and health initiatives of the organization.
- Identify improvement areas and implement changes in the workplace.
