Role Overview
We’re seeking a Regulatory Specialist to join our Product Regulatory department. This role supports compliance with regulations, customer needs, and internal initiatives to ensure smooth product entry into global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- SDS Authoring: Create Safety Data Sheets (SDS) aligned with global regulatory requirements.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Investigate TSCA (Toxic Substances Control Act) compliance for products and raw materials.
- Prepare and review regulatory submissions for government and state agencies.
- Customer Support: Address customer regulatory needs, including SDS documentation, compliance queries, and surveys.
- Market Support: Assist secondary business units with regulatory requirements.
- Project Work: Perform regulatory analyses for specific regional regulations, especially in Asia.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or a related field.
Experience and Skills:
- Knowledge of global chemical regulations, including GHS, MSDS, SDS.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks in Asia, Europe, and the US.
- Ability to manage customer surveys and regulatory inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
