Associate QA Scientist (Live Design) – Hyderabad

Schrödinger is seeking an associate for the Quality Assurance team based in Hyderabad. This team ensures the quality of various applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and administer testing strategies for cutting-edge, web-based applications for pharmaceutical data sharing and management.
- Work under deadlines with a high level of motivation, attention to detail, and a strong sense of self-direction while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Utilize high-end web browsers and engage in web surfing for testing purposes.
- Prior experience in software testing and automation with Selenium is advantageous.
Skills Required:
- An impressive educational background, preferably a master’s degree in chemistry, with 0–2 years of experience in roles involving high exposure to computers and software.
- Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Prior experience with Python and shell scripting is preferred.
- Familiarity with Schrödinger software is highly encouraged.
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle and software quality assurance, including experience with Selenium or other GUI testing tools, is an added advantage.
