List of Responsibilities / Job Function:
- Perform analytical method development and partial validation of finished pharmaceutical injectable formulations.
- Support plant troubleshooting and FDA query-related activities as required.
- Conduct calibration of instruments like HPLC, pH meter, and balance.
- Train junior or new team members on laboratory techniques.
- Perform Invitro release study and multimedia dissolution of various pharmaceutical formulations using dissolution apparatus such as Type-I, Type-II, Type-IV, Franz diffusion, and Bottle rotating apparatus.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements in the process and methodology of injectable formulations.
- Participate in method transfer activities at CAL and plant locations.
- Conduct routine stability testing of pharmaceutical finished products, including degradation studies to establish stability-indicating methods for finished formulations.
- Analyze and interpret experimental data to ensure reliability and accuracy.
- Prepare AQbD reports by analyzing and statistically summarizing data, drawing logical conclusions, and recommending further actions.
- Perform stability testing of various pharmaceutical formulations to confirm product shelf life.
- Maintain instruments/equipment as per SOPs.
- Follow safety precautions as per laboratory procedures.

Technical Competencies
- Master of Science degree.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Knowledgeable in sophisticated analytical techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve formulation-related issues.
- Skilled in the development and analysis of pharmaceutical formulations.
- Experienced with instruments like HPLC, Auto-titrator, etc.
Behavioral Competencies / Soft Skills
