The position exists to support in performing analysis on incoming raw materials and finished goods to ensure quality compliance, including providing accurate laboratory testing methods and analysis.
What will you be doing?
- Analysis of Incoming Raw material inspection.
- Analysis of Finished goods inspection.
- Coordinating with the maintenance activities.
- Following the health, safety, and environment rules.
- All ISO & IATF activities with respect to the plant.
- Following the proper usage of personal protective equipment.
- Process audit and focus on improvement.
- NC management with basic knowledge of 8D methodology.
- Calibration of instruments and equipment.
- Responsibilities as stated in Good Laboratory Practice regulations.
- Develop experimental design and supervise the implementation of experiments (tests).
- Ensure all experimental data is properly recorded and that observations of unanticipated responses of the test system are accurately recorded and verified.
- Ensure tests are conducted in accordance with the test protocol and SOP.
- Run instruments and/or train analysts in instrumentation.
- Analyze and test viscosity, density, Gel time, usable time & hardness.
- Check instrument conditions and calibrations.
- Any other duties assigned.
Who are You?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemistry.
- At least 3 years in a similar role or working in an analytical laboratory environment.
- Experience working in a wet lab, ideally with chemical materials used in electronic materials.
