About the job
We are looking for Mid to Senior level R&D researchers with strong problem-solving and analytical skills in formulation development.
Job Company: Micro CRISPR Pvt Ltd. (Meril), Vapi, Gujarat.
Requirements:
- Ph.D. or M.Sc. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- 2-5+ years of experience in formulation development, preferably with a focus on nucleic acid (RNA, mRNA) delivery using lipid-based systems.
- Strong understanding of lipid nanoparticle (LNP) technology, nucleic acid chemistry, and biophysics of mRNA encapsulation and delivery.
- Hands-on experience with formulation techniques such as microfluidics, solvent injection, or lipid film hydration for LNPs.
- Proficiency in analytical techniques such as DLS, HPLC, UV-Vis, fluorescence spectroscopy, and zeta potential analysis.
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and quality control standards for the development of clinical-stage drug products.
- Experience in GMP manufacturing or supporting clinical development programs is a plus.

- Familiarity with biodegradable lipids, polymeric carriers, or alternative delivery technologies for nucleic acids.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for drug development, particularly in mRNA vaccines and therapeutics.
