How you’ll spend your day
- Carrying out dispensing activities as per applicable procedure.
- Performing process and sampling activities during the production of Intermediate/API’s according to approved batch cards.
- Responsible for recording the observations of reaction parameters on the batch card as per the approved procedure.
- Filling all the batch cards (production cleaning) as per approved instructions.
- Ensuring verification of weigh balances as per applicable procedures.
- Maintaining work procedure, safety precautions, and cGMP.
- Ensuring housekeeping of the plant and cleanliness of the equipment, and updating the equipment.
- Reporting accidents and irregularities at the workstation to the Shift Officer.
- Demonstrating equipment knowledge, preferably Chromatography, to perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Developing solutions to complex problems requiring resourcefulness and creativity/innovation, ensuring solutions align with the organization’s objectives.
- Performing work without appreciable direction while exercising considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
- Exhibiting good organizational skills, basic English speaking skills, and decision-making abilities for daily operations.
- Contributing to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards, including expert knowledge of cGMP standards.
- Coordinating production tasks to meet assigned schedules.
Your experience and qualifications
- B. Tech Chemical /Diploma/B.Sc. Chemistry/M.Sc. Chemistry
- 1-3 years’ experience in API Production
