Responsibilities
- Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials, intermediate products, and finished copper products
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure the consistency and reliability of products
- Coordinate with the production team to address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with external quality agencies and participate in audits to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Analyze data and prepare quality reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Provide training and guidance to laboratory technicians and other staff on quality control procedures
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of QA processes and suggest improvements
- Participate in the development and review of quality-related documentation and standard operating procedures
Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in the copper industry or related field
- Demonstrated experience in quality assurance and control processes
- Proven track record of ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, or related field
- Advanced degree or certification in Quality Management is a plus
