Job Accountabilities
- Check the drilling fluid parameters and assist in designing the hydraulic programs for hole cleaning and pore pressure.
- Analyse the produced gas and water samples from CBM wells and test Prop pant sand for procurement.
- Plan different cement jobs/acidisation/cement squeezing.
- Operate and maintain all types of laboratory instruments.
- Sample bonding of Prop pant sand and other chemicals & testing of cement samples at factory premises.
- Interact with the drilling engineer, completion engineer, and G&G personnel for better performance.
- Control the quality of chemicals for better performance and cost of inventory control.
- Ensure mud quality and effective drilling operation.
- Maintain and operate all types of laboratory equipment.
- Conduct quality control testing on well/chemicals/produced fluids.
Skill & Competencies
- Good communication skills
Education Required
- BE (Chemical) / M.Sc. (Chemistry)
Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in upstream (E&P) Oil/Gas
