Defence Bioengineering & Electromedical Laboratory (DEBEL), Bangalore, a premier institute under the aegis of Defence R&D Organization (DRDO), is engaged in research and development in life support systems, biomedical devices, environmental protection systems, and aircrew protective systems.

Applications are invited for the engagement of Graduate Apprenticeship Trainees
Walk-In-Interview on 03-04 October 2024 at DEBEL, Bangalore

• Number of Vacancies: 30
• Duration: 1 year
• Stipend: Rs. 9,000/- PM for Graduate Trainees

Educational Qualifications & Interview Schedule:

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidate should not have undergone Apprenticeship Training elsewhere.
• Candidate should not have work experience of one year or more.
• Candidate should not have completed 3 years after passing the qualifying examination as of 30 October 2024.

Application Procedure:

1. Submission: Duly filled application along with relevant documents in support of educational qualification, date of birth, caste certificate (if applicable) should be scanned in a single PDF file and emailed to [email protected]. Application form can also be downloaded from the ‘What’s New’ section of the DRDO website (www.drdo.gov.in).
2. Interview: Originals and copies of all relevant documents, along with the application form, must be carried by the individual at the time of the interview for verification.

General Instructions:

• No TA & DA shall be admissible for joining, if selected.
• Selected candidates should make their own arrangement for stay & transport in Bangalore.
• Antecedents of candidates will be verified again at the time of joining, if selected.
• The offer of Apprenticeship does not confer any right of employment in DRDO.
• The number of vacancies may increase or decrease.
• The closing date of receipt of applications is 09th September 2024.
• Incomplete or partially filled applications will be rejected.
• Candidates should possess a copy of a Government-issued ID card (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, etc.) during entrance at ADE.
• Candidates will only be allowed entry through ADE Raman Gate, and they are requested to arrive early for necessary security check formalities. Latecomers will not be allowed.
• Electronic items, mobile phones, pen drives, laptops, and CDs are strictly not allowed inside the campus.
• Reporting time at Raman Gate, ADE Bangalore, is 0830 hrs.

Note:

Candidates have to enroll themselves in the Ministry of Human Resource and Development (MHRD) portal. For enrollment, log on to http://mhrdnats.gov.in.

Bio-data:

Bio-data must be typed in the format enclosed and submitted. Handwritten bio-data will be summarily rejected.

• Bus Route: From Majestic Bus Stand, take No. 315 & 317 Series. Alight at “NGEF” bus stop (1.2 km from “NGEF” bus stop to Raman Gate, ADE).
• Metro Train: From KSR Majestic Railway Station, alight at Swami Vivekananda Road or Baiyyappanahalli (1.3 km from Swami Vivekananda Road & 1.6 km from Baiyyappanahalli to Raman Gate, ADE).
