In this role you’ll make an impact by:
Developing biological solutions for detergent manufacturers, thus helping them with products with better cleaning, fabric maintenance, and bringing in sustainability.
Areas of responsibility
- Executing lab trials and developing application insights to offer strong technical support to business opportunities.
- Inventory management of raw materials and lab chemicals. Assist in representing Novozymes to customers on defined projects.
- Develop a consumer mindset to translate technical data into presentation and sales material. Involve in designing value proposition and producing technical data for sales material to support this.
- Coordinate with the Global Communications team in designing technical write-ups for new launches and in designing application/benefit sheets.
- Assist ITS with customer presentations and build networking skills. Coordinate with the Detergent Formulation Team to strengthen the knowledge base on formulations to provide technical support to sales.
Potentially relevant experience:
- 1 – 2 years experience in the field of research / quality / application with a sound knowledge of chemistry and working in a lab.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in the field of biotechnology / biochemistry most likely preferred.
- Sound knowledge of detergent chemistry and hands-on experience handling detergents in formulating and application will be an added advantage.
- B.E (Biotechnology) / MSc Chemistry / Biochemistry / Biotechnology
- MS Office Applications, MS Office, preparing presentations, creative knowledge on preparing new demos, collaterals, fliers, catalogues for customer meetings.
