Key Responsibilities:
- Broad experience in phosphoramidite synthesis, purification, and analytical characterization is required.
- Experience to synthesize DNA, RNA, ASOS, advanced modalities like conjugated oligonucleotides (GalNac/Lipid oilgos) using standard or modified chemistries.
- Exposure to the oligonucleotide drug discovery process and current research trends is required.
- Hands-on experience in Oligonucleotide synthesizer.
- Hands-on experience in purification systems for Oligos including storage and formulations.
- Excellent critical thinking and scientific skills and a demonstrated ability to interpret and clearly communicate complex data is required.

Qualification: PhD in Organic Chemistry with industry/postdoctoral experience in oligonucleotide drug discovery and Synthesis
