Job Description
- Maintain department cleanliness.
- Determine internal and external QEHS issues as well as needs and expectations of relevant interested parties and monitor them.
- Implement QEHS policy and objectives.
- Ensure participation and consultation of workers.
- Ensure use of PPE.
- Identify and communicate incidents, QEHS non-conformities, investigate and take corrective actions on the same.
- Ensure work permit system during maintenance activities.
- Implement and monitor QEHS continual improvement projects at site.
- Ensure waste disposal.
- Prepare and review departmental SOPs and load final SOPs in ENSUR.
- Prepare and review departmental documents.
- Coordinate, monitor, and control departmental activities according to cGMP norms.
- Achieve optimum productivity within specified quality by effectively utilizing available resources to deliver the product as per market requirement.
- Avoid breaches of data integrity at all levels.
- Implement effective sanitation activities at all levels.
- Provide quality product and maintain the company’s quality system.
- Allocate manpower.
- Verify raw materials in coating.
- Check and monitor dispensing and coating activities in the department as per plan.
- Update departmental documents and records.
- Make online entries for completed batches and close process orders in the SAP system.
- Impart training to operators and workers and maintain records.
- Maintain inventory of machine accessories and change parts, and miscellaneous items required in the coating department.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor of Pharmacy
