Walk-in-interview for a Project Assistant position in a BIRAC-funded research project
Project title: Validation of the microbial electro-acetogenesis technology for biogas upgradation
PI: Dr. Sunil A. Patil
Number of Positions: 01
Duration: The initial appointment will be for six months, which can be extended to an additional one year depending on the satisfactory performance of the candidate and as per the availability of funds.
Essential Qualifications: Graduation in Biotechnology or Microbiology discipline with a good academic track record. Candidates with a graduation degree in Bioengineering/ Chemical Engineering OR a postgraduate degree in Biotechnology/Microbiology shall also be considered. Prior research experience/hands-on training in handling and cultivation of microbial cultures and bioreactors is desired.
Salary: INR 20,000 per month.
Walk-in-interview: Interested candidates are requested to attend the walk-in interview scheduled on 10th May 2024.
Location: Room No. 5A, Academic Block 2, IISER Mohali.
Reporting time: 10 am.
The candidates should bring their latest CV along with original copies of academic degrees and proofs of educational qualification for the interview.
