Cell Biology division of HiMedia is looking for multiple openings for the role of QA Executive, Senior Executive, Assistant manager who demonstrate leadership, problem-solving skills, and team spirit.
Role Description:
Senior Executive/Assistant manager Quality Assurance (Analytical) This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive/Assistant manager Quality Assurance (Analytical). This role will be responsible for establishing and monitoring the quality management system and quality assurance processes of Analytical Laboratory involved in testing of RM, finish biotech, pharma and biopharma products at HiMedia Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. in Thane, Maharashtra.
- Will ensure compliance of Analytical Laboratory’s process with all relevant regulations (USFDA, EMA, ICH guidelines, WHO-GLP, WHO-GMP, CDSCO), standards (ISO 17025, NABL).
- Responsible for handling of QMS (CAPA, Deviation, change control, risk assessment, investigation) events, trend analysis and present to management.
- Responsible for development and review of SOP, protocols, manual, SMF, Analytical method development, Validation, verification protocols.
- Review of day-to-day Analytical Data, product specification and ensure compliance with pharmacopeial monographs (USP, BP, JP, IP, EP etc.) and Analytical method development, Validation, verification protocols,
- Responsible for developing and review of facility, instruments/equipment qualification, validation, and vendor qualification documents.
- Must be able to perform individually and with team. Actively participation in team buildings and technical inputs on QMS, process implemented at site is highly anticipated.
- Responsible for timely closure of internal, customer, regulatory audit observations and to provide the audit compliance report.
Qualification:
Experience in quality assurance and quality management systems Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s / Master’s in Pharmacy/Biotechnology/Chemistry/Life Sciences with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Analytical QC.
